Zwart has more than 15 years of experience leading business development and marketing strategy for major financial institutions, including Citigroup and JP Morgan Chase. As Citigroup’s senior vice president of global new product development in the consumer cards division, Zwart helped spearhead the marketing efforts for the Google Wallet partnership and led strategy and development for real-time card-linked offers to U.S. credit card holders. Previously, Zwart served as the vice president of new market expansion for Chase card member services..

Previously, Hatcher served as vice president of marketing for iPayment, Inc., a then publicly traded merchant acquirer, where he oversaw iPayment’s First Data portfolio acquisitions.
